We rent out a bright, colourful private 30 m² room with a kitchenette in a 3 room apartment. You share the bathroom with one other person. The room is suitable for 1-2 persons.
Our all inclusive formula: a furnished apartment, bed linen, towels, gas heating, water, electricity and wifi.
The room
In your bright, colourful private room on the second floor, you'll be surprised by the view on the green area with a playground in the middle of the capital of Germany.
The combined bed- and living room has a kitchenette with all the usual appliances (oven, 4 hobs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and enough cutlery and (retro!) china. The dining area connects the kitchen to the living room.
In the bathroom the wooden elements harmonize well with the blue accents. It is a small functional bathroom with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. You share the bathroom with one other person.
In our non-smoking apartment pets are not allowed.
