We rent out a beautiful, bright, freshly renovated 50 m² apartment on the Pankow/Reinickendorf border. You live in the green part of Berlin, but still very central. The S-Bahn Station is only a 2 minutes walk away. Every stay from 2 months onward is possible. If you have any questions, just shoot.
Furnished and fully equipped apartment. Bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water and internet included.
The Apartment
You live on the first floor (with an elevator) of a house with 11 apartments and a shared garden. There is a bedroom and a kitchen on the street side and a spacious living room with balcony/winter garden on the garden side.
In between you'll find a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a hall with a big wardrobe.
There are 3 areas in the living room:
- Sitting area with sofa, television, radio etc.
- Working space, with desk, light and chair
- Dining area with table and chairs
In our non-smoking apartment pets are not allowed.
